I'm Back

I AM BACK!

Recently, i have been sick for the past 3 days... was down with fever, flu cough.
But i am glad to say that i am almost recovered, so pls continue to pray for me.

However, these past 3 days have allowed me time, time to reflect.

I was asking Cyn, what is one of my strength and she told me that i am a reflective person!

Anyway, i wanted to start with these revelation that i have in Ps 16.

This is the verse of my week.

"O LORD, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup;
You maintain my lot.
The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;
Yes, I have a good inheritance. "

The lines of my boundary and dwelling has fallen into places... I have a good inheritance!

Sometimes, we tried so hard to make it in life, to be successful.

Hard work is important, but no matter how hard you work, unless the LORD is the one that build the house we who labors will labor in vain.

Having said these, hard work is still so very important!!

I remember that Pst Phil once said this...

"God is equally pleased with the preacher on the pulpit and the sweeper on the road."

One is tending His sheep and one is taking care of His Earth.

Godliness couple with Diligence = Blessings.

And I really want to thank Cyn who have been taking care of me while i was sick the past 3 days... thank you dear!!

More than that, she has also been going with me from car parks to carparks this whole week in the midnight hours just to put my flyers for car insurance.

I am proud to say that we have conquered at least 7 carparks!

Believing that God will bless us!!!

Morning Prayer

Oh how i love the morning prayer meeting...
It always stir up the desire within me to want to pray and seek His Face... despite of the sleepy teary eyes, and the difficulty to concentrate.

Been praying today for the people around my life...
1) Bee ( I prayed for your future to come quick!!)
2) Cyn ( My dearest... for her work and our relationships)
3) WYZ ( May we reach 1600!)
4) YT3 ( Leaders, i prayed for each of you!)
5) W279 (Prayed for Easter and some of the members... May you all developed such a close walk with God)

came across this verse as i prayed...

PS 25:7
"According to Your mercy, REMEMBER ME!

This has always been one of the prayers in my life... that i will remember God and that He will remember me... (Not that He has a bad memory.)
But that God will remember,
when He needs a Man... There is Kelvin
When He needs someone... There is Kelvin...

I don't need to be a plan A,B or C.

I just prayed that When His eyes look to and fro...
He will find me, prepared.. Ready.

Also, as i read down further...
v14" The secret of the LORD is with those who fear Him..."

Oh, i pray that i may know the secret of the Lord...
To know His ways, His heart, His mind...

The glory of the king... is to search out a matter...

1)Be a better breather. "When you make a conscious effort to breathe deeper, it naturally brings your body back to a more relaxed state," explains Frederic Luskin, Ph.D., author of Stress Free for Good (HarperOne). Place your hand on your stomach and watch it rise as you inhale for a count of 3 or 4; hold your breath for the same count, and then exhale for as long as comfortable and watch your belly fall.

2)Look forward to something. Each morning, think about one little, enjoyable thing you plan to do that day (the crossword puzzle) and one bigger pleasure on the horizon (your trip to the mountains), suggests Allen Elkin, Ph.D., director of the Stress Management and Counseling Center in New York City. This ritual trains your brain to focus away from what can go wrong that day. How to put an end to overnight anxiety.

3)Make a small change to your routine. "Unpredictable events can cause the most stress," Luskin explains. "If you cultivate even a little bit of surprise in your life, it helps keep your cognitive responses flexible and helps you handle whatever life throws your way." Take a new cardio class or pick a cuisine you've never tried. (Hallå, Scandinavian!)

4)Convert Monday into Funday. The flip side to TGIF is OMGIM: Oh, my God, it's Monday! In fact, more heart attacks occur on Mondays than on any other day. Schedule a weekly lunch with a friend or take a class you love on Mondays so you'll look forward to the start of the week, Dr. Wheeler advises. More fun ways to let loose (and stop stress!)

5)Come home 15 minutes late. After work, walk home or listen to music at a pretty scenic spot before you burst through your front door. "Don't look at it as a waste of time," Dr. Wheeler says. "It's an important way of decompressing and transitioning back to home life."

Been searching for the web on things pertaining to courage and came across the following pictures...

A trait that is seldom seen in our society and world today..

Will we have the courage to do what is right even in the face of popular opposition?
When your "face", reputation and all else is on the line?

Will we fight when people run?
Will we speak when others remain silent?
Will we defend when others bully...

For God's eye is looking to and fro... for One Man.

Why do people blog?

a) to pour their hearts out.
b) to pour their hearts out so that others can read and therefore encourage them. ( to gain attention)
c) to inspire people as they pour their hearts out.
d) all of the above.

I have been trying to blog for as long as the word blog has been around...
but i think i was really BLOCK...
i just can't seem to start it.

However, today is a new day!!!

And therefore, i am attempting to do what no kelvin has done before...
